At Pets Fur People, we follow a "Best Qualified" adoption policy — not "First Come, First Served." Our goal is to match each pet with the home that best fits their unique needs, and we work hard to make the right match.
After submitting your application, please call us at 903-597-2471 and press 1 for Adoptions to confirm we’ve received it and to follow up.
If you're not selected for a specific pet but are interested in adopting another, just give us a call — we’ll be happy to update your application for a better match!
